Our Growth Assistants should have a passion for creating quality designs and work through the use of different softwares and platforms, have experience working with B2B and B2C, and be able to show their processes and past successes.
You will be expected to collaborate closely with our Project Managers and Founder (for big picture planning, interpreting data, and evaluation of your deliverables), as other team members. The person we will hire will be diligent, process-oriented, self-directed, and very much a details person. A collaborative spirit and “figure it out” attitude will help you excel in this position.

- You: You’re someone who gets excited by the idea of a challenge: You have verifiable examples that show your ability to research, execute, and track results. You’re highly organized, operate independently, take responsibility for your work, and you’re absolutely obsessed with learning + the little details (quality). Deadlines? No problem. You are comfortable working with an extended (super talented) remote team via live chat. You thrive in a position when you’re involved in multiple marketing tasks at different stages, while balancing the needs of each client’s vision. You love getting new tasks, but aren’t afraid to ask questions if needed. You’re not a “job hopper”, but seek a long-term relationship and a big, positive Company Vision to contribute to.
- You and The Work: You’ll work remote / from home full-time during 9-5pm CST business hours. Day to day, you’ll receive tasks from Project Managers who handle most of client communications. You’ll take time to read each task brief with empathy and to fully understand what clients want to achieve, and then see that completed through, research and planning, execution, and tracking results. You’ll communicate through our internal live chat daily (sometimes you may be asked to hop on calls). Responsiveness is key.
- Your Experience / Knowledge: 1+ years experience and it’s a Plus if you have any third party certifications related to SEO or digital marketing. Ideally, you have a compelling portfolio of examples / case studies to share so we can confirm your ability / experience + how long each type of task takes.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in editing platforms such as Canva, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator and other relatable softwares.
- Proficiency in CMS like WordPress and Shopify. Knowledge in tools like Leadpages, Elementor ( Elementor Pro), Go High Level, WooCommerce, and Click Funnels.
- Must have a reliable, stable internet connection
- Must be diligent and enjoy having a position where staying organized and communicating clearly is key
- Must have B2B and B2C / lead-gen-focused social media management experience on social media platforms such as, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc
- A PLUS if you have any other digital marketing experience (selling info products, lead gen for services businesses, ads manager, voice overs, web design, motion graphics, etc.)
- Must be friendly, diligent, and enjoy working within a proven process
- Must be comfortable working virtually and being self-directed
- Must be a fluent or native Spanish or English speaker (Preferably Bilingual) with good grammar and also the ability to in a “cool” / “casual” tone
- Must be available to work during normal business hours i.e. between 9am and 5pm EST (CST)
RESPONSABILITIES
- It is expected that you will completing different marketing tasks throughout the month at a minimum 30-50 times per week in order to be able to quickly test ideas, engage people, and grow our email list and leads.
- Design graphic deliverables, such as flyers, brochures, logos, images for social media ads, custom designs for download incentive (i.e., lead magnets)
- Design landing pages and collaterals with design elements (colors, stock photos, font sizing, and font family) that match the client’s website
- Reading our training, collaborate / delegate to other team members, and follow our process
- Collaborate on social strategy, tweaking, measuring, improving each month
- Optimize campaigns based on feedback, internal goals, review of traffic / conversion results, etc.
- Conduct a weekly self-managed review or results and reflect on current strategy
- Attend weekly team meets via video on established days, participate with constructive ideas to grow the business
- Fill out a daily and/or weekly checklist with updates
